At Dowatch, we are committed to delivering your order with care and reliability. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at contact@bydowatch.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dowatch ships internationally. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Dowatch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Dowatch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at contact@bydowatch.com. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
